Looking for an easy and relatively inexpensive backdrop for your studio shoot? Whether you're shooting a corporate spokesperson, actor, corporate executive or a portrait in a studio, one of the first things to consider is what will you use for the background? Here are several ideas to get you thinking.

Green Screen

One of the most popular options is shooting on a green screen. This allows ultimate flexibility by allowing you to composite in your background in post production.

Seemless Photo Paper

Colored seamless photo paper is one of the most versatile options for photo backdrops. It is available in nearly 100 different color options and widths that range from 4 to 12 feet. This is the backdrop of choice for many portrait photographers, but it can also be a great choice for video.
